    What's this all about?

We're excited to be using a database software called Church Community Builder (CCB). This software service allows us to maintain our member's records more efficiently, and also provides our members with several new tools and services.

    How do I get started?

You can easily access the Online Community by clicking the link at the bottom of any web page here at www.southsuburban.com. The first time you access the Online Community you'll need to request a username and password. Simply click the Sign Up link and enter your information. If your email address is already in our database, you'll be sent your login information immediately via email. If we don't have your email address yet, it will take about a day or two to get your login information.

What can I do in the Online Community?

When you log in, you will be able to see your own profile information, the groups you are participating in, the positions you hold, your own giving record, events you might be interested in, easily communicate with other members, and view the church calendar.

Is my information being kept private?

Yes. We take the privacy of our member's personal information very seriously. Only appropriate church staff and system administrators have access to your personal information stored in our member database. Each member of our Online Community also has the option to modify their privacy settings to suit their individual comfort level. You can even mark your profile as "unlisted", which makes it invisible to everyone but system administrators.

    Give it a try!

The best way to learn what the Online Community has to offer is to experience it yourself! Click here to login now and take a look around.
